Infertility Mosaic 7

  • Detection of antibodies against ovarian antigens.
  • Indication: primary ovarian insufficiency, autoimmune polyendocrinopathy.
  • Initial dilution: 1:10, conjugate class anti-human IgAGM, FITC-labelled.
  • Frozen sections of primate ovary are used as the substrate for the detection of antibodies against various ovarian antigens.
  • A BIOCHIP Mosaic combining the most important autoantigens from reproductive tissues (e.g. ovary, testis, placenta, uterus, spermatozoa) facilitates the diagnosis of autoimmune-associated fertility disorders.
  • Positive serum samples often contain further autoantibodies
(e.g. against thyroid or adrenal cortex), which can be detected using suitable substrates or BIOCHIP combinations.
